Daklorllk™ is operated by MOTHER Denim Inc. These terms apply when you visit our website, create an account, place an order, or use any related store feature.

1. Customer Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to enter into a purchase agreement in your location.

Information submitted during registration, checkout, or customer support must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity completed through your account.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or used for unauthorized commercial activity.

2. Denim Products

We aim to present product descriptions, measurements, washes, materials, and images accurately.

Denim may naturally vary in shade, fading, texture, seam placement, or finish. Colors may also appear different depending on lighting and screen settings. These differences do not automatically indicate a defect.

Product availability, specifications, sizing, and design details may be updated without prior notice.

3. Fit and Sizing

Size charts are provided as general guidance. Fit may vary according to fabric structure, wash treatment, garment cut, and individual body shape.

Customers should review the measurements and product notes before ordering. We cannot guarantee that the same labeled size will fit identically across every silhouette.

4. Placing an Order

Submitting an order is a request to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is accepted after payment is authorized and confirmation is issued. We may decline or cancel an order because of:

  • Inventory limitations

  • Payment verification concerns

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized resale

  • Delivery restrictions

If a canceled order has already been charged, the applicable payment will be returned to the original method.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise.

The amount shown during checkout applies to the order. Taxes, delivery charges, customs duties, and other fees may be added where applicable.

Customers must provide valid billing and payment information. Transactions are processed through authorized payment providers, and Daklorllk™ does not directly retain complete card numbers.

6. Promotions

Discounts, limited-time offers, and promotional codes may have separate conditions.

Unless expressly permitted:

  • Promotions cannot be combined

  • Codes cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Discounts cannot be applied after an order is completed

Requests for changes or cancellation should be sent within 12 hours of purchase, but completion cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions attached to each garment.

Daklorllk™ is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, bleaching, alteration, excessive friction, misuse, or failure to follow the stated care guidance.

Normal fading and softening may occur as denim is worn and washed.

15. Warranty Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer protections that cannot legally be limited.

16. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, MOTHER Denim Inc. and Daklorllk™ will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from website use, service interruption, or unauthorized third-party activity.
